Payment Terms

 

Base Fee Structure

• Service fee charged to the business hiring the contractor: 5–15% of the project value (exact percentage confirmed per engagement).

• International card processing fee: 1.5%.

 

 

Standard Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to the work starting. This ensures resources are secured and the freelancer can begin promptly.

Payments After Work Has Begun

 

Any balance remaining after work has commenced will be assessed a 3% monthly service fee on the outstanding amount, calculated monthly until paid in full.

 

 

Additional Notes

• All fees and terms are confirmed in the project agreement or statement of work before work begins.

• Invoices are issued electronically. Payment methods and any applicable currency conversion details will be provided with each invoice.

• Late or partial payments after work has started are subject to the monthly service fee described above.

These terms apply to all projects facilitated or delivered by Hadaf Design unless a written agreement states otherwise.
